3 Tasks

This chapter describes standard procedures for the Pay Station and includes the tasks below.

3.1 Cashier Procedures (Task Map)

Start my shift → Log-on to the system (Shift Start)
Relief shifts → Start/end a relief shift (Shift Start)
Enter float → Enter cash float (Shift Start)
End my shift → Outpayment/Total Payment & log off (Shift End)
Process a parking ticket → Ticket + payment (Processing a Ticket)
Apply discount → Validation (Manual Validation)
Manual credit card → CCMAN (Manual CC Entry)
Read ticket details → RDTKT (Reading a Ticket)
Lost/damaged/special tickets → Exceptions (Exception Tickets)
Clear jammed tickets → Desktop coder jam (Clearing Jammed Tickets)
Manually raise barrier gate → Control Center (Barrier Gate Control)
