3.8 Reading a Ticket

Read ticket/card info without processing it.

1. Activate Read Ticket (RDTKT) before inserting ticket.
2. Insert ticket/card into desktop coder when prompted.
3. System displays Read Ticket screen.
4. Scroll through to read details; optionally print details.

Rejection Details (examples)

• Ticket invalid — once used at Entrance/Exit, not valid there anymore.
• Ticket blocked — customer must contact operator to reinstate card.
• Wrong car park — card from another facility.
