3.12 Intercom

Entrance/Exit columns and Automatic Pay station may use a Commend intercom system (your site may differ).

3.12.1 Receive Remote Intercom Call

1. When you hear the customer speaking, wait until they have finished.
2. Press T on the hand piece and speak (hold while speaking).
3. Release T to listen.
4. End communication by pressing X.

3.12.2 Make Remote Intercom Call

1. If multiple locations, press the button address for the location; otherwise use T to talk.
2. Press T while talking.
3. Release T to listen.
4. Press X to end.
